Becoming a Head Football Coach:

Speaking of Scotty Walden & ELECTRIC convos, our Head Coach Academy session last week was exactly that. The hour long discussion touched on a lot of topics, but focused on 4 key points:

  • Transitioning to becoming a Head Coach & what you wished you knew before taking your 1st Head Coach job

  • Head Coach interview Prep

  • 1st 90 Days as a Head Coach
